Meet Meg

After years of working with people in various contexts such as organizational, educational, and community settings, and holding leadership positions in these areas, I developed a passion for helping individuals identify their values and strategically align themselves to live more intentionally.

I attended the University of Southern Maine and completed a BA in social and behavioral sciences before pursuing a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. As I am nearing the end of my master’s degree, I am launching a coaching career while completing my clinical work for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. This means I can bring you the knowledge and evidence-based practices I have learned throughout my academic career, tailored to your personal growth and development as your coach.

I work with ages 14 and up and focus on the eight areas of wellness: emotional, physical, spiritual, occupational, social, intellectual, environmental, and financial. Additionally, we can address the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that come along with living out of alignment. Using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, boundary-setting techniques, mindfulness practices, and SMART goal-setting, we will assess these areas to determine which needs attention to move intentionally toward a balanced life.

My husband and I, along with our two children and dog, are proud to call Maine our home. When I'm not coaching or counseling, you can find us enjoying all the beauty and opportunities that Maine has to offer.
